Today I am shifting the sands a bit back to something I really like: discovering patterns and, perhaps, even meaning in the commonplace.
Like in the many asphalt “gardens” that dot (blot?) our urbanscapes, for instance.
These five images were all created within a few hundred yards of each other, on the sleekly futuristic bridge leading to the cruise ship docking area of the Port of Barcelona.
