And another series…all with the Fuji X100s.

The above…”Bobbies on bicycles, two by two…”. A song from a very distant memory.

Translation of the above: “Thoughts of the day: Always be yourself…unless you can be Batman. It is better to be Batman.” And: “The possibility of achieving a dream is what makes life interesting.”

Below…in the Barcelona Metro…

I really like this next image. Unfortunately, I cheated. It is from the Barcelona Wax Museum. Weird and eerie, though, eh?

Finally, another image from the Metro…This one was from my camera as it was hanging from my neck–just aimed as best I could. I like the interplay between the black woman close in, the expression and look on the face of the white woman about to board, and the flash of the eye of the child on the bottom border. I wish I had aimed just slightly lower to catch more of the complete eye and a bit of his face. What does it all mean?

One area I am working on is not to worry so much about the sharpness of my street images. Being a landscape kind o’ guy, sharpness always seemed to be of prime importance. In street, though, it is content that is most important. So, sharpness may or may not be a critical factor depending on your style, the subject matter, and your personal vision.
