Simplicity also in Life. Slow down. Close out some accounts or credit cards. Get rid of a car. Walk more. Take on fewer commitments. Throw out all that crap in the garage you never even look at or use any more. Move to a smaller place to live. Ride the bus and read the paper on your way. Put an entry in your appointment book that says “Read a book for an hour.” Go to a park, sit on a bench and just observe.
